     The magic of sailing and my never ending fascination of it. I have operated fast boats, mega power boats, hydrofoils, Naval vessels...you name it and it’s likely I’ve been on the water with it. None of it compares to the peaceful serenity of sailing in my opinion.

     The first boat I was ever on was a small sailboat in Coronado Bay, California when I was 16 years old. I was enchanted by it and this ultimately led to my Naval service and doing extensive small boat operations and diving operations in both military and civilian capacities as my career for many years thereafter. I still yearned to get back to the basics of the wind in the sails, which I ultimately did and that magical feeling of it all has never left me.
